Once your Aindo Id is created, you can login in the Aindo Platform using the same authentication method that you chose during the sign-up process.

Login with email and password (or OTP)

From the login page, insert the same email and password chosen during the sign-up process.

If you don’t remember the password you can choose to verify your identity with a One Time Password (OTP) (1) that will be sent to your email address or simply choose to change password (2). In the second case, a recovery email will be sent to your inbox with all the details to change your credentials.

The possibility to use an OTP instead of your password is an optional feature that may not be available in your deployment.

If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature enabled you may be prompted with an additional step asking you to insert a One Time Code. Please refer to Two-Factor Authentication for more details on how to enable or disable this feature.
